I had only known Margo for about two years but she made me feel so welcomed in her home and so loved as if I was part of her family. Margo was very charismatic and full of joy and humor. Her love for nature, animals and life was so admirable. She was so loving to my kids, they even referred to her and her husband Alex as my grandparents. Margo’s passing made us all very sad. She will be deeply missed and never forgotten and we pray that she watches over us!

I was so sorry to hear about Margo‘s passing. She was a remarkable woman with many wonderful talents, music being only one of them. Those that we love remain with us always in our hearts, and in our memories. She is not forgotten and may she rest in peace.
With much love and sincerest condolences.

Sending love and condolences to those who loved and cared for Margo the most, Alex and Alina. I will always remember her piercing eyes and lovely smile, and the sweet baby clothes she gifted us when our daughter was born. Rest in peace, Margo.

Eulogy in remembrance of Margaret-Margo
I first met Margo as my brother Alex’s college mate and intellectual companion when I was three but her slender figure, elegant posture, refined perfume (Rochas’ Femme as I found later), chic outfit left their mark indelibly on the imaginative memory of my soul.
She was lovely. Stylish, always in perfect taste, sophisticated and witty, an avid reader, and an art connoisseur, Margo was always fully present: to the moment, to herself, attending to the task at hand with intent and intensity. Her attention went into every detail of life, every fold of existence as it presented itself to her. Once accepted, with a discerning sense of quality and value, that particular—inanimate object, living being, plant, critter, event—would be given a special place in the ongoing story of her life and preserved with care in a story. Margo was a gifted and imaginative story teller, who had a story (a myth?) about the origin or defining moment of every thing that captured her interest.
Only much later, after she and Alex got married, did I come to understand her special gift: Margo was a great lover of life, she tirelessly worked at distilling its beauty, discovering the harmonies of existence. She was thus permanently engaged in a Herculean work of beautifying her world, attuning it to her ideal and inner music. So much so, that she did not have time to sleep—who has seen Margo sleeping? I certainly haven’t in all these years. Margo was tireless, frenetic, always awake, immersed with full passion even in the most modest self-imposed task. She was engaged in celebrating life.
With her acute sense of harmony and rhythm, Margo was a born musician, attuned to the musical quality of existence. Following her graduation of Ciprian Porumbescu Performing Arts and Music Conservatory of Bucharest, Romania, equivalent to a Masters degree in music pedagogy, Margo became Music Director of the dramatic performance section, at Radio Romania. Soon she received full acclaim and recognition for her musical expertise, exquisite artistic taste, ingenious music selections, analytic and critical thinking.
Once in the United States, Margo taught music at high school level in the New York area, while simultaneously studying Library Science. After she received her Masters of Art, she worked as a librarian at Seagram Company in New York until retirement. She and Alex relocated in North Palm Beach. Their reason: their love of the sea, of its rhythm or breathing, and their apartment offers a splendid view of the ocean.
With her passion for life, beauty, harmony, truth and justice, her keen sense of the proper and aspiration toward the ideal, Margo was a force of nature. She could be intense and authoritative—as those who knew her well or just crossed her path found out that opposing her views and desires of perfection came with a price.
Margo will always live in our hearts: vibrant and passionate, always present, with the soul of a child first discovering the miracle of the world.
May our good and loving God preserve her in his love and light forever.

Dear Margo, I will never forget you, although my memories with you are from when I was a child, but I have only good memories. I won't forget how you bought me a doll from your first salary, you also bought my first skates and took me to the ice rink, you took me on trips. The little time we were close, you were like an older sister to me, not a cousin, but due to the great distance between us, we only communicated by phone. Honest regrets.
