My deepest sympathy to Frans daughter Victoria, to her immediate family and to her extended family on her passing. Fran, I loved you my friend from the day we first met online and now I mourn you like a best friend but most of all I mourn you like a sister. We became close in all the years we got to know one another.Now you begin a new journey and fly with angel wings. I truly hope I will find you dancing in the sky as I look up to the heavens. Victoria, you were your moms life and she loved you so dearly. Remember her always as the strong and determined lady she was.
