Obituary of John Stritzl

John (Johann) Stritzl, 82, of Ridgewood, NY passed away on Saturday, January 29, 2022. He was born in Gottschee, Yugoslavia, on May 30, 1939. He was the son of late Johann and Anna Stritzl. John immigrated to the United States in 1959 at the age of 20 sponsored by his Uncle Franz and Aunt Paulina Stritzl from Ridgewood, New York. John remained living in Ridgewood working as a machinist until he retired in 2015 at the age of 76. He was a hardworking man who always happily helped his cousins and those around him. John was a kindhearted and gentle soul. May he rest in eternal peace
