I have too much to say to place in a box. I knew Mehai for about 16 years. I know that he loved his kids, and was sure that they had a good start but was still concerned about both of them, I know that he put up a good struggle and was a man who had ideals.
He encouraged me to go to law school after I retired, and I spoke to him frequently during the last several years.
I know that he stood up for what he believed was right both in his first country and then here, in the US. He was willing to work hard, and take some chances that others would not consider.
I left messages for him with his mother, and he spoke of his concern for her. If you want to speak to me, You can email me,
I am sorry to see him go, I lost a very interesting friend. And one who I learned from every time we spoke or we emailed each other.
