Obituary of Angelina Iannazzo

Angelina Iannazzo passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at the age of 104, leaving behind a family who adored her and a legacy of love.

Born in Sicily, Italy, Angelina settled in the United States in 1947 and made her home in Brooklyn, New York where she resided for the remainder of her life. She had a remarkable gift for making everyone feel welcome—whether through her Italian cooking, her warm laughter, or her quiet advice. She touched countless lives and will be remembered for her kindness and generosity of spirit.

Family was the center of Angelina’s world. She poured her heart into being a devoted wife, mother, mother-in-law, and a cherished Nonna. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Vito Iannazzo.

Angelina is survived by her loving sons, Lenny and Carlos; her daughter-in-law, Theresia; her two grandchildren, Gabriella and Joseph; and many extended family members and friends who will miss her deeply.
