Emilia "Margie" Rosado-Figueroa, 73, passed away peacefully on October 20, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Born on August 22, 1952, in Santurce, Puerto Rico, Margie or as we lovingly call her “La Leona,” dedicated her life to caring for others, by always having her doors open and a plate of food waiting for whoever walked through them.
Margie's greatest joy came from spending time with her family. Family and friends alike eagerly anticipated her holiday gatherings. Her homemade potato salad stole the show at every family get-together.
She is survived by her husband Ed, children Maggie, David, and Carissa, and her grandchildren, Samantha, Kiara, Koral, Kaylee, and Sal. A celebration of Margie's life will be held on October 23, 2025 at Park Funeral Chapels. Come with your dancing shoes, as her favorite music genres will be played!
