Rich, Stephen and Nanditha, his fiance, and I want to extend our deepest sympathies for the loss of your Mom. I have so many memories from her long life. As very young children our families spent many weekend days together and all our holidays. We visited mny parks, botanical gardens and the like. Sometimes all the brothers and their families joined us . Then it was like a caravan descending upon that days activity. Family was super important to our Aunt, and is something that hopefully will stay with all of us going forward. In many ways I feel as if Aunt Paula was our family's matriarch- strong, resilient. and the core that held us together. I am absolutely sure we will all miss her!!!! May she rest in peace. With much love from all of us.

I met Mrs. Kamme for the first time in the mid-1980s and was immediately struck by her beautiful blue eyes. I learned that behind those eyes was a courageous and resilient soul and the heart of a survivor. It was so obvious how fiercely Mrs. Kamme loved her family. The memories of her and her legacy of faith, strength, and love will live on in her amazing children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. The world was blessed to have had her.

Our Mom/Oma lived a long, healthy, and happy life until the last 2.5 years when we watched her decline both physically and mentally. We were so lucky to have her in our lives as long as we did. She loved us all very much and always encouraged us to work hard, be happy, and be the best people we could be! My Mom visited Mike and I at our home in North Myrtle Beach, SC a few times, and though she enjoyed her time here with us, she always wanted to go back home to Ridgewood, NY. I will love and miss my Mom for the rest of my life, but I think now she is probably dancing with my Dad again in Heaven, and running around with my brother Ernie! I am glad she is at peace now, and I hope she continues to watch over us from Heaven! I LOVE YOU MOM! (and she is probably saying back to me as she always did, "YOU KNOW I LOVE YOU! I DON'T HAVE TO SAY IT!) I love you always and forever Mom, Love, Diane
