Obituary of Priscilla R. Sillan

Priscilla Rose Park Sillan was born January 06, 1940 and departed this world on April 13th 2018.  Born in Brooklyn, New York Priscilla split her time living in Fairfield, Connecticut and Queens, New York. She was the oldest of  sIx children and shared with them her love of the museums, opera and ballet.

 

 In 1967,  she found her soulmate when she married Pierre sillan of Westport Connecticut.  Pierre and Priscilla were married over 50 years and spent much of their time taking long walks together often with one of their many dogs. 

 

Priscilla's greatest joy was raising her 3 sons Peter, Robert and Joseph.  She spent countless hours playing and watching sports and took great pride in teaching them how to swim in the long island sound. She was strong and loving mother who always made time for her boys.

 

Priscilla leaves behind her devoted husband Pierre, sons Peter (Amy), Robert and Joseph and two spunky grandchildren John Blake and Eloise Priscilla Sillan; Sisters Pamela (Russell)Wahl, Margret (Mark) Esterman, Francis Stryk, and brother James (Linda) Park; nieces and nephews Elizabeth and Teddy Wahl, Isabel, Sophia and Zachery Esterman, Tess and Gregory Stryk. Mathew, Robert, Keri Park, Tony and Andrew Salamone and William Willis.

 

Priscilla was greeted in heaven by her mother and father Francis and Robert Park, her sister Patricia; Brothers-In-law Tony Salamone and Steven Stryk; Mother and Father-In-laws Isabel and Pierre Sillan; Brother and Sister-in-laws, Paul Sillan and Gail Sillan Willis.

 

Please join us to celebrate the life of this amazing wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend.

 

For this is not good-bye but until we meet again.
